Elizabeth (Liz) is the Acquisitions and Underwriting Manager for Evergreen Real Estate Group.
As Evergreen's Underwriting Manager Liz oversees the acquisition underwriting process and manages closings for bridge/acquisitions and 4% LIHTC transactions. In addition, Liz is responsible for onboarding new analysts and associates. Liz joined Evergreen in 2020 as an Analyst, modeling prospective acquisition opportunities, and was promoted to Associate in 2021 and Underwriting Manager in 2022.
Before joining Evergreen, Liz worked as an Investment Analyst at NorthMarq in St. Louis, where she underwrote, packaged, and closed on financing for various real estate asset types, including multifamily, retail, office, industrial/flex, and self-storage. She was responsible for servicing NorthMarq's St. Louis portfolio, which included completing annual financial reports and conducting physical property inspections.
Liz graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2018, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. While at UW, Liz ran on the track and cross country teams and participated in Badgers Give Back, Society of Personal Investment, and the Real Estate Club.
