Allison Leone is the Founder and President of Better Humans LLC, established in September 2023 to foster leadership development within the Kansas City Community through experiential learning. Previously, Allison served as the Director of Tucker Leadership Lab from August 2016 to July 2023, managing a significant budget, overseeing a team of facilitators, and designing staff training programs. In addition, Allison held various leadership roles, including Director of People and Culture Development at William Jewell College, where responsibilities encompassed student mentorship and support for at-risk students. Experience also includes facilitating programs at Colorado State University and working as a Challenge Course Manager at Fort Bend ISD. Educationally, Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University and a Master's degree in Curriculum Design and Instruction from Northwest Missouri State University. Allison is also a Co-Host of the Songs of Our Own Podcast, contributing to creative content and audience engagement.
