Cong do

Cong Do, PE, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Evergy, a position held since June 2018, following a tenure as Senior Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes six years at Kansas City Power & Light (KCP&L), progressing from Engineering Manager to roles as Sr Performance Engineer and Sr Combustion Engineer. Responsibilities involved budget planning, operation coordination, heat rate monitoring, and engineering support for coal-fired and combined cycle units. Earlier work at Black & Veatch included mechanical engineering support for large-scale power projects. Cong Do holds an MBA in Management from Rockhurst University and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
