Navin Seran

Navin Seran has a diverse work experience in finance and commercial strategy roles. Navin served as a Regional Finance Director at Everi Holdings Inc. starting in 2024. Prior to that, they held various roles at Aristocrat, including Commercial Growth & Strategy Manager for the Asia Pacific and Commercial Manager for ANZ. These roles involved providing financial and strategic support for business growth initiatives, managing commercial teams, and driving revenue streams. Before Aristocrat, Navin worked at Coles in several finance management positions, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategies for various departments within Coles Express.

Navin Seran has a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting (GradDipCA) from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. They also have a Bachelor of Business (B.Bus) with double majors in Economics and Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney. Navin completed their HSC at Selective High School, Hurlstone Agricultural. In 2020-2021, they attended Leagues Clubs Australia for a Gaming Management Development Course (GMDC). In addition, Navin has obtained various certifications, including Pricing Strategy: Value-Based Pricing, Strategic Thinking, Finance Foundations: Business Valuation, Mastering Management Essentials, Creating a High Performance Culture, Strategic Partnerships, and The Six Morning Habits of High Performers. They have also obtained the Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
