Todd Resnik

Todd Resnik has over 10 years of experience in legal roles, primarily in the gaming industry. Todd started their career as a Law Clerk at National Western Life Insurance in 2002, followed by a similar role at United Teacher Associates Insurance Company in 2003. In 2004, they worked as an Associate at Conley Rose, P.C., where they focused on drafting legal documents and responding to trademark office actions. From 2005 to 2008, Todd worked as an Associate at Daffer McDaniel LLP, providing counsel on IP rights and closing major technology transactions. In 2008, they joined Everi Holdings Inc. and held various roles, including Senior Attorney and Senior Vice President, Legal - Games & Digital. In these positions, they managed legal affairs related to gaming agreements, technology transactions, trademark portfolios, and intellectual property protection.

Todd Resnik completed their Juris Doctor degree in Law at The University of Texas School of Law from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Mass Communications from Texas State University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Todd Resnik attended Taylor High School from 1993 to 1996 and completed their secondary education at Wichita Collegiate School in 1993.
