Joy Prodigalidad is a seasoned professional in content management and sales enablement, currently holding the position of Content Management and Sales Enablement Manager for Global Solutions at Everise since February 2020. Joy has extensive experience in loyalty marketing as the Loyalty Marketing Manager at Okada Manila, and previously served as Team Leader and Proposal and Presentations Specialist at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Additionally, Joy worked as a Business Development Executive at Newport World Resorts and held roles in membership and inbound sales at Star Cruises and TeleTech, respectively. Early career experience includes serving as an eRep at Aegis PeopleSupport Philippines Inc. Joy Prodigalidad earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from De La Salle University between 1999 and 2003.
