Roberto Sagastume is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various companies in the BPO sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President Operations Latin America at Everise since August 2016, Roberto has previously held roles such as Vice President & Country Head in Guatemala and Vice President Operations, focusing on teamwork, leadership, and business innovation. Prior to Everise, Roberto held the position of Senior Site Director and Regional Director of Operations at OneLink BPO from May 2015 to July 2016, directing strategic plans for over 1,000 collaborators.
