Iryna Zaruba

Iryna Zaruba currently serves as a Recruiter at Everlabs since July 2022, focusing on onboarding and utilizing interpersonal skills among other competencies. Previously, Iryna was a Student of Human Resources Generalist at Geekhub from November 2021 to June 2022, where collaboration and onboarding skills were also developed. Iryna's experience includes a significant tenure at Ukrposhta from February 2013 to August 2021 as Head of the Learning and Development Department, where responsibilities included overseeing department functions, creating training plans, and ensuring their execution, along with serving as a Methodologist responsible for training schedules and educational material development. Earlier in Iryna's career, administrative duties were performed at Sport Center 'Plazma Gym' from July 2009 to March 2013. Iryna holds a Master's degree from Kyiv National Economics University and a Bachelor's degree from Cherkasy State Business College.
