Patty Novak

Patty Novak has worked in a variety of customer service and management roles over the years. Patty began their career as a server at The Grey Plume, a high-end restaurant in Omaha, Nebraska. After three years of excellent service, they were promoted to manager. Patty then spent four years at DJ's Dugout, another restaurant in Omaha, before taking on their current role as a laboratory social media recruiter at Triage Staffing.

In their current role, Patty works to recruit nurses for travel and local positions. Patty is passionate about helping others find the perfect job fit, and takes pride in their work. Her previous experience in customer service and management has been invaluable in their current role.
