Sophia Jones is an experienced retail professional with a demonstrated history of leadership in the fashion industry. Currently serving as Store Leader at Everlane since August 2022, Sophia previously held multiple Store Director positions at Madewell from March 2014 to August 2022, including flagship locations in Georgetown, Tyson's Corner, and Mosaic District, in addition to a role as Associate Store Manager focusing on HR and Training at the Georgetown location. Prior to Madewell, Sophia was an Associate Store Manager at J.Crew from April 2008 to March 2014, specializing in visual merchandising and operations management.
