Head of CX at Everlane

TJ Stein is the current Head of CX at Everlane. Prior to this, they served as Chief of Staff at Italic from May 2021 to August 2022, Director of Technical Support at Mailchimp from March 2020 to May 2021, and VP of Customer Experience at MeUndies from June 2016 to March 2020. They began their career in customer support as Sr. Director of Customer Support at (mt) Media Temple in February 2008 and held that position until May 2016.
