Leah Fine

Leah Fine currently serves as the Vice President of People at Everlaw, a position held since 2024. Previously, Leah Fine was the Head of People at Unusual Ventures in 2023 and the Vice President of People at brightwheel from 2019 to 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as Consultant and Case Team Leader at Bain & Company from 2016 to 2019, and various positions at 美丽中国 Teach For China between 2010 and 2014, including Executive Director (US) and Director of US Recruiting and University Relations. Leah Fine began their career as an Analyst at Shearman & Sterling LLP and interned at the U.S. Department of State in 2007. Academically, Leah Fine holds a degree in History and Spanish from Barnard College and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
