Madeline Pollard has extensive experience in customer success, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success for Corporations at Everlaw since August 2019. Previously, Madeline held various roles at Everlaw, progressing from Customer Success Associate I to Customer Success Manager II. Prior to Everlaw, Madeline worked at Creative Mediation and Wilshire Community Services as Lead Associate, where responsibilities included conflict coaching and mediation, supported by advanced mediation training. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Cal Poly Orfalea College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
