Michel Oliver

Michel Oliver has a diverse and extensive work experience in the energy industry. Michel has worked as a Control Room Management Principal at EverLine - Energy's Technical Stack since 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Principal Regulatory Consultant at PHMSA Compliance Consultants, LLC from 2018, offering DOT/PHMSA regulatory compliance consultation and policy/procedure development services. Michel also worked as a Principal Regulatory Consultant at G2 Integrated Solutions from 2018 to 2019.

Before their consultancy roles, Michel Oliver worked as a Pipeline Operations, DOT Compliance & Emergency Management Expert at M Oliver Consulting from 2016 to 2018. Michel also had experience as a Transportation Specialist (Pipeline Inspector and Federal Emergency Response Officer) at DOT/PHMSA in 2016, where they inspected oil and gas pipelines and developed and delivered training on Control Room Management programs.

From 2009 to 2015, Michel Oliver served as the Manager of Operations Support and Development at TransCanada U.S. Gas Pipelines. Michel was responsible for various compliance programs, employee training, and representing the company in industry committees. Michel also chaired the Gas Control Committee at the Southern Gas Association from 2009 to 2011.

Michel Oliver completed two years of study in basic classes at Wayne State University from 1977 to 1982. Prior to that, they obtained a diploma in the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program from Riverview Community High School from 1973 to 1977. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Fire Warden, Proven Strategies for Improving Shiftwork and Extended Hours Operation, and Walsh College Managerial Leadership in the years 2008, 2007, and 2006 respectively.
