Jurandir Silva

Jurandir Silva has extensive experience in sales and engineering within the energy and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Head of Spare Parts Sales at MAN Energy Solutions since October 2012, Jurandir is responsible for spare parts strategies, performance reporting, and monitoring regional development. Previous roles include Global Key Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager for both Turbocharger and Turbomachinery divisions, where Jurandir excelled in developing strategic partnerships, achieving sales targets, and executing market expansion plans. Prior experience includes project engineering at GCD International Pty Ltd, as well as various roles in production management, environmental engineering, and research and development across multiple companies. Jurandir holds an MBA focused on Leadership & Entrepreneurship from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from UFSCar.
