Luca Porreca

Luca Porreca, Ph.D, currently serves as the Head of Sales and Application Engineering for the Air Separation Business at MAN Energy Solutions since July 2013, where responsibilities include product management and leadership in the thermodynamic design of air compressors for various industrial applications. Prior to this role, Luca worked at MAN Diesel & Turbo from April 2007 to June 2013 as a Project Manager and Aerodynamic Designer, managing projects for air compressor units and developing centrifugal compressor technologies. Earlier experience includes a position as a Development Engineer at Limmat Scientific AG and a PhD Research Assistant at ETH Zurich. Luca holds a Master post lauream in Fluid Dynamics from VKI von Karman Institute and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli studi Roma TRE.
