Adam McAllister

Adam McAllister is a seasoned actuarial and finance professional currently serving as the Chief Actuarial Officer and Head of Finance at Everly since January 2025. Prior to this role, Adam held multiple positions at Lincoln Financial Group from July 2019 to December 2024, including Vice President of Actuarial Architecture and Transformation, Vice President of Modeling Strategy, and AVP of Actuarial Modeling Strategy. Adam's earlier experience includes serving as Director and Assistant Actuary at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America and as a Senior Actuarial Analyst at Penn Mutual. Adam began a career in actuarial science as an Actuarial Associate at ING. Adam earned a BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University in 2006.
