Karim Boubekeur

Designer UX/UI - Responsable Expérience Client at Evermaps

Karim Boubekeur has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Karim started their career as an Enquêteur BDD/Cartographe SIG at Apur - Atelier parisien d'urbanisme in 1994. Karim then worked as an Employé de bureau at Yves Rocher in 1994 and again in 1995. Karim also served as a Cartographe VFR at the Service de l’Information Aéronautique (SIA) in the Direction Generale de l'Aviation Civile in 1995.

In 1997, Karim joined EDITIONS BENOIT FRANCE as a Technicien de fabrication, involved in digitalization and vectorization of vineyards' data. Later that year, they transitioned to SGCI PLANFAX, where they worked as Technicien de production SIG/Graphiste, responsible for cartographic coverage in France for online solutions.

Starting from 2005, Karim joined Bottin Cartographes, where they held various roles. Karim initially served as Chef de projet, managing multiple cartographic projects involving medium and large budgets. Subsequently, they took on the responsibility of Responsable technico-commercial, where they focused on prospecting, developing, and maintaining client relationships.

Karim's most recent work experience is with Evermaps, where they have been employed since 2014. Karim began as a Product Manager, responsible for designing Store Locator clients, optimizing user experience, and implementing creative and technical development. Currently, they hold the position of Designer UX/UI & Responsable Expérience Client, involved in tasks such as needs analysis, evaluation, and information hierarchy for Saas solutions.

Karim Boubekeur attended Elisa Lemonnier - Paris 12eme from 1992 to 1995, where they pursued a degree in BT Dessinateur Maquettiste Cartographe. During this time, their field of study focused on Communication visuelle / Cartographie.
