Tyler Gould

Tyler Gould has been working in the land and development industry since 2007. Starting as an intern at Urban Engineers, Tyler later worked their way up to becoming a Project Engineer at J2 Engineers, Inc., where Tyler gained experience in residential subdevelopments. Tyler then transitioned to Stanley Martin Homes as an Engineering Manager before moving on to The Christopher Companies as a Land and Development Project Manager. In their current role as Corporate Director of Land at Evermore Homes, Tyler oversees land and development operations across three divisions in different locations. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, Tyler has a strong background in the field.
