Phillip Morgan

Phillip Morgan has over 20 years of experience in the security and safety industry. Phillip currently holds the position of Director of Safety & Security Operations at Evermore Orlando Resort. Prior to this, they worked at Marriott International as the Complex Director of Safety and Security from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they held the same role at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort from 2016 to 2019, and previously served as the Complex Assistant Director of Safety and Security from 2014 to 2016. Phillip also worked at Marriott International Hotels, Inc. as the Director of Loss Prevention - Operation Support Resources in 2014 and held the position of Director of Loss Prevention at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Atlanta from 2013 to 2014. Phillip'swork history includes roles such as Loss Prevention Supervisor at The Ritz Carlton Hotel Buckhead, Night Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Regional Director of Security at Sandals Resorts and MARKSMAN LIMITED, and Lieutenant at Jamaica Defense Force.

Phillip Morgan, FCP, CLSD, PFSO attended the Caribbean Maritime Institute, where they studied Security Administration & Management. Phillip also studied at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, specifically the Commissioned Officers Course.
