Julia Carter

Julia Carter, CAPS, started their career as the Owner of Chickadees in April 2008. Julia later transitioned into roles such as Portfolio Manager at Dodson Property Management and Operations Director at Magic Make Readies. Currently, Julia holds the position of Senior Property Manager at Evernest. Julia holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from the University of Richmond, where Julia attended from 1991 to 1995.
