Jess Neubelt

Jessica Neubelt is a Senior Developer at Evernorth, with a robust background in real estate development and historic preservation. Prior experience includes serving as a Real Estate Development Manager at Enterprise Community Development, where oversight of over 650 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit apartment units was achieved, along with managing a significant historic school conversion project. Jessica has also held roles as a Real Estate Development Associate and Preservation Planner, showcasing expertise in securing funding and conducting archival research. Academically, Jessica holds a Master’s Degree in Historic Preservation and Urban Planning from the University of Pennsylvania School of Design and a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology and History from Skidmore College.
