Sherrin Vail

Sherrin Vail currently serves as Vice President of Asset Management & Portfolio Initiatives at Evernorth, where responsibilities include oversight of asset management and the Connections program, which focuses on community services. Prior to this role, Sherrin Vail held the position of Vice President of Asset Management at the Northern New England Housing Investment Fund, overseeing the integration of this organization with Housing Vermont to enhance affordable housing initiatives. Sherrin Vail's extensive experience in asset management also includes roles at the YMCA of Southern Maine as Executive Director, Avesta Housing as Director of Property Management, and various positions in property management with companies such as The Dolben Company and RAM Management. Sherrin Vail holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Merrimack College.
