Lauren Shanks is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in high-volume recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Everon since May 2021. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Hilton from June 2017 to October 2020, where responsibilities included both Volume Recruiter and Sales Manager positions. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Management, and Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Texas Tech University, attained between 2013 and 2017.
