Magnus Ilkka

Magnus Ilkka has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Magnus currently holds the role of VD at Everlight Consulting AB since August 2022. Before that, they served as the COO & Partner at Everone, a technology company offering software engineers and IT consulting services to the Nordic market. Magnus also worked as a Sourcing Specialist consultant at HyferX AB from January 2021 to April 2022.

In 2020, Magnus took a sabbatical leave. Prior to that, they held multiple positions within the H&M Group, including Sourcing transformation leader and IT Sourcing transformation leader. Before joining H&M, Magnus worked as a Sourcing Manager at Madeo Sourcing Group AB/ Zero Chaos. Magnus began their career in sales and customer service roles in various companies.

Magnus Ilkka began their education at Ullvigymnasiet from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Gymnasieexamen in Ekonomi. In 2000, they attended iiU and earned a Diploma in International marketing, which they completed in 2001. That same year, Magnus briefly studied International Marketing at Pace University - Lubin School of Business. In 2006, they furthered their education by studying Chinese language and culture studies at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, graduating with a Diploma in 2007.
