Leonard Clemens is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the private equity sector. As the Managing Partner and Founder of Cadence Growth Capital since August 2019, Leonard has improved accessibility for private investors in the DACH region. In addition to leading roles at multiple companies, including ottonova, everphone GmbH, and tink, Leonard serves as an investor and advisor for various tech-driven ventures focused on health insurance, device management, connected home products, and innovative meeting technologies. Leonard holds a Master of Science in Industrial Management and Business Engineering from ETH Zürich and has furthered expertise in finance through programs at INSEAD.
