Scylla Tsai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and corporate leadership. Currently serving as Chief Digital Strategy Officer at Everrich Duty Free Shop since August 2023, Scylla previously held the position of Executive Vice President at a family office in Australia, where strategic investments in farm-to-table projects were initiated. As CEO of 鮮乳坊, Scylla successfully transitioned the business to a sustainable model while fostering a startup culture. Additional roles include Strategic Marketing Vice President at 燦坤實業股份有限公司, where integrated marketing efforts were coordinated, and CRM Assistant Vice President at Testrite. Scylla began a career at Taiwan Mobile managing corporate strategy and has educational credentials in Mathematics and Statistics from National Taiwan University and National Chiao Tung University, respectively.
