Eric Barnes is an experienced IT professional with a focus on help desk management and technical support. Currently serving as Help Desk Manager and IT Support Sr. Team Lead at EVERSANA since January 2022, Eric previously held the position of Help Desk Team Lead at Intouch Group for one year. Prior to that, a similar role was undertaken at Intouch Solutions from July 2009 to December 2020, where Eric also worked as an IT Support Specialist II and an IT Support Specialist. Earlier experience includes roles at H&R Block as Tier II Technical Support, TVH Americas as Jr. Network Administrator, and an internship at Syndet Business Technologies. Eric holds a degree in Networking & Communications Management with a focus on Security from DeVry University, alongside foundational education at St. Thomas Aquinas High School.
