Fred Skinner

Fred Skinner is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at EVERSANA. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of HR and Talent Management at Dohmen Life Science Services from March 2015 to September 2018. From April 2012 to March 2015, Skinner was the Manager of Organizational Development at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. In this role, they led the design of organizational structures, strategy development, leadership development/coaching, and workforce integrations for Harley-Davidson Genuine Parts and Accessories, Harley Davidson General Merchandise, and Harley-Davidson Latin America. Fred also has experience as an Adjunct Faculty member at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology from June 2006 to August 2011. Additionally, Skinner served as an OD Analyst at Baxter Healthcare from January 2006 to January 2007 and as Sr. Manager of Organizational Development at CCC Information Services from January 2006 to March 2011.

Fred Skinner's educational career includes a B.S. in Business, Psychology from Carroll University, an M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University, and a certification from the Center for Creative Leadership in Benchmarks 360. Fred also has a certification from Gallup in Certified Strength Coach and a certification from The Myers-Briggs Company in Myers-Briggs (MBTI). Finally, they have a certification from Loyola University Chicago in Project Managment.
