Pratik Padwal is an experienced business analyst currently serving as an Associate Lead at EVERSANA since July 2022, where responsibilities include driving cross-functional initiatives and leading Agile project execution. Previously, Pratik held roles as a Senior Business Analyst in the Automation COE at EVERSANA and a Business Analyst at De Soto Technologies, with a focus on Agile project management and stakeholder collaboration. Pratik has also worked at RadixWeb, Advantmed, Elance-oDesk, and Adani Power, gaining expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and project execution. Pratik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from B H Gardi College of Engineering & Technology, completed in 2015.
