Tom Nolte

Tom Nolte has extensive experience in healthcare research and market strategy, currently serving as Director of Research at EVERSANA since January 2021. As Principal Owner of Forge Strategic LLC since 2014, Tom focuses on educating and advising in university healthcare research programs and technology transfer initiatives. Previously, Tom held the position of Head of Business Analytics at Research Partnership, where leadership in innovative healthcare solutions was emphasized. In addition, Tom served as a Senior Consultant for the Wharton Commercialization Acceleration Program, collaborating with the Penn Center for Innovation. Earlier roles include Senior Vice President of Global Innovation at Ipsos Healthcare, Vice President at Adelphi Research, and various positions in market research. Tom holds a Master’s Degree in Communications Research and Marketing Strategy from Wheaton College and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from West Virginia University.
