Darwin Conner is the US Chief Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Officer at Eversheds Sutherland, where they develop and implement the firm's DEI strategy. With extensive experience in large, international law firms, Darwin was previously a partner in the corporate department and chaired the DEI Committee. Their professional background includes significant roles at Sullivan & Worcester LLP, Winston & Strawn LLP, and Seyfarth Shaw LLP, focusing on corporate finance and secured lending. Darwin holds a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law and a Master's degree in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies from Tufts University. In addition to their legal career, they own The Elgin bar and have a passion for basketball, reading, and travel.
