Jon Gill

Jon Gill is the Head of TMT M&A and Venture at Eversheds Sutherland, a global top 10 law firm, where they lead a team specializing in venture capital, private equity, and technology M&A transactions. With over 20 years of experience, Jon has acted for numerous public and private companies, mid-market private equity firms, and entrepreneurial management teams. In addition to their legal expertise, they actively support early-stage businesses and have been recognized as a leading individual in Chambers for the past five years. Jon holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Bristol and an LLB in Law from the University of Birmingham.
