Michael Bahar

Michael Bahar is the Co-Head of Global Litigation and Co-Lead of Global Cybersecurity and Data Privacy at Eversheds Sutherland, where they also serve as the US Co-Lead of Congressional Investigations. They previously held positions as General Counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives and as a Judge Advocate in the US Navy. With a solid educational foundation, Michael earned a Doctor of Law from Harvard Law School and a Master of Laws from Columbia Law School. They continue to pursue their Doctor of Law degree at Harvard University.
