At Evershine Group, he is responsible for overall Business Development, Planning & Strategy, Client Relationship and Quality Enhancement in all the verticals apart from managing the finance and operational efficiency.

Mr. Kailash Agal has approx 12+ years of Experience of Business Management, Financial Management, Operational Management, Business Development, Planning and Strategy & Successful Execution of several projects. Previously he has represented organizations like Total Solutions Group, Recall India Group, Sodexho Group, Aptech India, Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Co. Limited etc.

He is a qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), Associated Company Secretary (ACS) and a Science graduate (B.SC) from Mohan Lal Sukhadia University of Udaipur.
