Aliki G.

Aliki G. currently serves as the Chair of Governors and a Governor at Eversholt Lower School since December 2020, while also working as a Leadership & Business Coach at Goodman Consulting since November 2019. From April 2021 to October 2024, Aliki G. held the position of HR Lead at Deko, where responsibilities included leading and executing the People Strategy. Previously, Aliki G. spent over 13 years at Barclays, ultimately serving as Senior Business Manager to the Chief Information Officer and HR Business Partner, managing various aspects of the people agenda and strategic planning. Additional voluntary coaching roles include contributions to the Shaw Trust and The Pink Fund. Aliki G. holds a Professional Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School and degrees in Psychology and Applied Criminology from the University of Plymouth and Swansea University, respectively.
