Adam Mierzwa

Adam Mierzwa is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Distribution Engineering Director at Eversource Energy since December 2023, following a similar role at SMECO from July 2014 to December 2023. Adam has a robust background in overseeing teams of Distribution Designers and Engineers, managing LED lighting program implementations, and ensuring quality assurance in project workflows. Prior to these positions, Adam worked as a Work Management and Standards Manager and Substation Project Engineer, demonstrating expertise in resource planning and the design and construction of electrical infrastructure. Adam's career also includes roles as a Project Engineer/Manager at Engility Corporation, an Electrical Engineer at AMERICAN SYSTEMS, Symetrics Industries, and R.W. Beck, where involvement in project management, reverse engineering, and systems integration was prominent. Adam holds a Master of Science in Project Management and Operations from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
