Jim Hunt

Jim Hunt is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate relations, sustainability, and regulatory affairs. Since October 2012, Hunt has held various leadership roles at Eversource Energy, currently serving as Executive Vice President, Corporate Relations & Sustainability, and Corporate Secretary. Previous roles at Eversource include Senior Vice President for Regulatory Affairs & Chief Communications Officer and Interim Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Eversource, Hunt served as Chief of Environment and Energy for the City of Boston under Mayor Thomas Menino, where responsibilities included advising on environmental policy and overseeing key city agencies. Hunt's career also includes a role as Assistant Secretary for the Commonwealth's Executive Office of Environmental Affairs, managing environmental impact reviews for significant projects. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
