Pranoti Kadam

Pranoti Kadam is an experienced electrical engineer specializing in substation design, protection, and control systems, with significant expertise in high voltage applications. Currently serving as a Substation Engineer Gr4 at Eversource Energy since January 2016, responsibilities include high voltage control house design, breaker schemes, and project scope creation. Previous roles include Control & Protection Engineer Gr4 at TRC Companies, Inc., where focus was on protection and controls for National Grid, and Electrical Engineer for PSE&G substation projects. Additional experience includes work as a Technical Coordinator at Con Edison, research assistant roles at Polytechnic Institute of New York University, and a design engineer position at Siemens Ltd.
