Ray Collins

Ray Collins has extensive experience in government affairs and community relations, currently serving as Manager of Government Affairs and Community Relations at Eversource Energy since September 2019, after holding roles as Senior Specialist in Government Affairs and Community Relations and Senior Specialist in Strategic Outreach Planning. Prior to Eversource, Ray worked as a Research and Policy Analyst for the Connecticut General Assembly from November 2018 to September 2019 and as a Lobbyist at Cammarata Government Affairs from February 2016 to June 2018. Additionally, Ray briefly served in Government Relations at CBIA in early 2016. Ray Collins holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
