Ryan Ridgley

Ryan Ridgley is an experienced professional with a background in engineering and military service. After serving in the US Navy as a Nuclear Electrician Mate and supervising 75 sailors, Ryan transitioned to a role at XOS as an intern, contributing to the development of an HDXRF soil analyzer and authoring user manuals. Following this, Ryan held a position as a Supervisor for System Operations Training at Eversource Energy, where responsibilities included developing and conducting training programs related to utility operations. Additionally, Ryan gained experience as a Distribution System Operator at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and served as a Nuclear Engineer Intern at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where responsibilities included mentoring biology lab students. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
