Elena Nemcova began their work experience in 2007 with Progress IV Management, where they worked on various projects until 2009. In 2011, they joined Mondi Group and held multiple roles, including Marketing Intern, Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, Category Manager, and Regional Marketing & Backselling. Elena worked at Mondi Group until 2019. Since 2018, they have been working at Eversports, initially as a Customer Success Manager and currently as a Senior Customer Support Executive.

Elena Nemcova attended Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics from 2004 to 2005, where they completed the 1st section. During this time, they studied marketing, microeconomics, and informatics. In July 2004, they obtained a Deutsches Sprachdiplom from the Göthe-Institut in Moscow.

From 2006 to 2011, Elena Nemcova attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), where they earned a Magistra degree in Business Administration. Their field of study at WU included marketing management and organizational behavior.
