Allison Molina

Allison Molina, MBA, serves as a Student Success Coordinator at Everspring since May 2024. Prior to this role, Allison worked as a Placement Specialist at 2U from October 2022 to May 2024, facilitating internships for graduate students in the NYU CSD and Fordham MSW programs. Allison also held the position of Student Success Coach at National University, where personalized success plans were developed to enhance student achievement. Earlier experience includes extensive academic advising at the University of Central Florida, where approximately 800 FTIC undergraduate students were advised, along with various administrative roles within the institution. Allison holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida.
