Teelina House has extensive experience in the field of instructional design and education. Teelina started their career in 2001 as a Program Coordinator at the University of Louisville and worked there until 2006. After that, they served as a Project Manager and Instructional Designer at Resource Bridge from 2006 to 2012. Following this, Teelina worked as an Instructional Design Contractor at HCSC BCBS from 2012 to 2013. Teelina then joined Kaplan Higher Education as a Manager of Learning Content from 2014 to 2015. From 2016 to 2018, Teelina worked at Education Corporation of America as a Director of Instructional Design. Most recently, they have been working as the Director of Learning Design at Everspring Inc. since November 2020.
Teelina House holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development from the University of Louisville, which was obtained from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at the same university from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Communicating with Emotional Intelligence" and "Developing Executive Presence" from LinkedIn, "Learning How to Learn: Powerful mental tools to help you master tough subjects" from Coursera Course Certificates, and "MS SharePoint" from Microsoft.
