Shiva Balaji is a Commission Automation Consultant at Everstage since April 2024, where responsibilities include building strategic partnerships with sales and RevOps leaders to enhance business growth and hosting industry-focused podcasts and webinars to share insights. Prior to this role, Shiva served in various capacities at HDFC Limited from September 2018 to April 2024, including Team Lead in Retail Operations, Operations Officer, and Credit Underwriter. Shiva holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Dr M G R Educational and Research Institute, obtained between 2014 and 2018.
