Natalia Shevchenko

Natalia Shevchenko has extensive experience in human resources and management across various sectors. Currently serving as HRD BP at Everstake since August 2021, Natalia focuses on strategic HR planning and alignment with corporate objectives. Prior to this role, Natalia was the COO at Tezos Ukraine from January 2020 to July 2023 and worked as a Financier at Attic Lab from October 2016 to January 2020, where responsibilities included budgeting and financial planning. Natalia's career also includes self-employment in project and financial management consulting from September 2012 to April 2017 and a leadership role as Head of an NGO from November 2003 to September 2012, managing strategic projects and international collaborations. Natalia holds a Master’s degree in International Economy and a Bachelor’s degree in Enterprise Economy from Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University.
