Devanandan TN has several years of work experience in project management and operations. Devanandan currently holds the position of General Manager - Operations at Urbanscape Properties since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Everstone Group as VP Projects from March 2010 onwards. In this role, they were responsible for setting up a high-profile shopping mall, managing project teams, coordinating with government agencies, and overseeing the techno-commercial aspects of project management. Additionally, they implemented ISO standards and ensured safety management at the site. Before joining Everstone Group, Devanandan TN was the Project Director at Abutstone Project Solutions Pvt Limited from April 2012 to September 2020. Devanandan also served as AVP Projects at Aerens Gold Souk International Ltd from 2008 to 2010, and Head Projects at Tata Steel from 1988 to 2008.
Devanandan TN completed their B.Tech in Civil Engineering from NSS College of Engineering, Akathethara, from 1981 to 1986. In addition, they have pursued Management development in Business Administration and Management, General from XLRI Jamshedpur. Devanandan TN also holds a certification as a Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHAS 18001 from BVQI.
