Rajesh Mehta

Rajesh Mehta has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rajesh is currently serving as the Chief Business Officer (India) for Everstone Group since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Managing Director and Head - The Investment Office at Everstone Group from April 2016.

In 2017, Rajesh briefly worked at Everise as the Global CFO on secondment from Everstone. Before that, they were associated with Ashmore Group as the Director - Ashmore India (Corporate Debt and Private Equity) from September 2008 to March 2016.

Rajesh also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Indostar Capital Finance Limited from July 2012 to February 2015. Rajesh gained valuable experience at Tata Sons Limited from December 2005 to August 2008, where they held the position of General Manager - International Business Development (Group Corporate Centre) and played a significant role in the Tata Group's international expansion.

Prior to their tenure at Tata Sons, Rajesh worked at HSBC Investment Banking as a Senior Manager from May 2003 to November 2005. Rajesh started their career at KPMG in September 1995 and held the position of Associate Vice President - Corporate Finance till April 2003.

Rajesh Mehta completed their Chartered Accountancy degree in Finance and Accounts from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 1995 and 1998. In 2006, they attended the Advanced Management Program conducted for Tata Group at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
