Vice President, Customer Experience at Everstream Analytics

Shehrina Kamal has a diverse and extensive work experience. Shehrina recently joined Everstream Analytics in November 2021 as the Vice President of Customer Experience. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President of Intelligence Solutions from April 2021 to October 2021.

Before joining Everstream Analytics, Shehrina worked at DHL Resilience360 (now Everstream Analytics) where they held the position of Product Director for Intelligence Solutions from January 2019 to March 2021. In this role, they led a global team across Singapore, Germany, and the U.S. to develop and deliver end-to-end product management activities for a supply chain risk monitoring and analytics solution.

Prior to their role as Product Director, Shehrina was a Senior Manager of Product Management and Business Development at DHL Resilience360. From January 2016 to December 2018, they led product management and positioning efforts for a data-driven risk monitoring capability. Shehrina also managed a team of analysts and drove revenue growth through new business development in various sectors including Life Sciences & Health Care, Technology, and the public sector/NGO verticals.

Shehrina's work experience at DHL also includes the role of Manager of Product Management and Business Development from April 2013 to December 2015. During this time, they were part of the early-phase development of DHL Resilience360, a B2B SaaS supply chain risk management solution. Shehrina drove business development activities, initiated customer engagements, coordinated marketing efforts, and facilitated partner collaboration.

Earlier in their career, Shehrina worked at DHL as an Associate Project Manager in Partner Management from October 2012 to October 2013. Prior to that, they served as an Editor and Information Architect in Corporate Communications from June 2010 to September 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Global Sales Development Coordinator from March 2009 to May 2010, where they managed requirements and facilitated communication for the "Just Sell DHL" online sales platform.

Shehrina's earlier work experience includes roles at Euroconsult/BMB Mott MacDonald as a Junior Consultant from June 2008 to January 2009, and at the International Republican Institute as a Translator and Interpreter from November 2007 to June 2008.

Shehrina Kamal has a diverse education history. Shehrina attended Stanford University School of Engineering and completed their degree in Product Management in 2021. Shehrina'sfield of study there was Transforming Opportunities into Great Products. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA at Mannheim Business School from 2016 to 2018. Shehrina also engaged in a program called Leadership and Organizational Change at Emory University - Goizueta Business School in 2017. In 2014 and 2015, they obtained an Advanced Certificate in Global Risk Analysis & Crisis Management from Vesalius College. Furthermore, Shehrina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from North South University. Apart from their formal education, they have also obtained the Prince2 Foundation Certification from APMG-International, although the specific time of obtaining this certification is not provided.
