Susan is a JD/MBA and former General Counsel who has been consulting in blockchain for the past three years in the areas of consortia, insurance, identity, financial services, regulatory impact, real estate, and humanitarian concerns. She is the B3i North America Representative, and separately advises on digital rights, insurance, real estate, smart contract/token strategies and incentives. She is often consulted about regulatory and technology policy. Notably, she is a co-founder and Executive Director of the Diversity In Blockchain, Inc. NFP which educates and sets Best Practices for the industry. Susan was the first Executive Director of ID2020, consulted for IBM blockchain/identity and is an Advisor to Evertas and OneWorldIdentity. She is a member of both the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance legal working group and the Digital Chamber of Commerce token and states rights groups. Susan speaks regularly on blockchain to industry groups across verticals and has guest lectured at Cornell, Stanford, MIT, CKGSB, and Cleveland Marshall Law School. Additionally, Susan founded and runs the womeninfintech group on Linkedin which has 2000 plus members in 47 countries.
